A pneumatic tire made of polyurethane elastomers or other moldable material which can be made into an elastic, plastic material by means of a chemical reaction is provided. The tire includes a belt which is mounted beneath the tread surface which essentially consists of threads of a stress carrier, which threads run in the circumferential direction of the stress carrier. Alternatively, the belt is made of a moldable material which can be hardened into an elastic, plastic material having an E-modulus larger than 20,000 N/cm2. The tire is characterized by the provision of an increasing bending radius of the neutral axis of the tire sidewall from the tire bead to the edge of the belt.

This invention relates to the tire industry, in particular to tire structures molded from elastomer.
A pneumatic tire is known, molded from an elastomer, having a protector, beads, sidewalls and a breaker located under the tread of reinforcing fibers placed in the circumferential direction or tapes of elastomer with a modulus of elasticity not less than 20000 N / cm LZ.
A disadvantage of the known construction is insufficient durability, since when the tire is rolling, the various side elements of the known 15 tire are subjected to unequal deformations, which, during operation, leads to a strong heating of the most loaded sidewall elements and, as a result, the rapid destruction of the tire.
The purpose of the invention is to increase durability.
The goal is achieved by the fact that the neutral line of the sidewall in the unloaded state has a constant
increasing radius of curvature from the bead to the edges of the breaker, while the sidewall has the same thickness. The difference in the radii of curvature can be reduced from 2 to 0.5 mm in each segment of 5 mm, measured in the radial direction;
The neutral line may extend tangentially to the breaker cross section.
The annular zone of maximum width may be located in the range of 0.35-0.5 height of the cross section.

1. A pneumatic tire cast from elastomer, having a tread, beads, sidewalls and a breaker located under the tread of reinforcing fibers placed in a circumferential direction or an elastomer tape with an elastic modulus of at least 20,000 n / cm ^, characterized in that , in order to increase durability, the neutral line of the sidewall in the unloaded state has a constantly increasing radius of curvature from the side to the edges of the belt, while the sidewall has the same thickness.
